Eugenia Boateng is an African diaspora strategist and founder of the African Diaspora Youth Hub (ADYH) and FABA, a production strategy lab building systems to make African economies more visible, structured, and investable.

Her work focuses on translating informal economies into institutional intelligence, connecting diaspora resources to African production, and designing systems that enable value retention on the continent.

She served as Fellow at the NYC Mayor's Office of International Affairs where her portfolio covered Africa and Economic development. She her has been represntwd at the United Nations ECOSOC, CSW STI Forums and various UN and World Bank conferences. Her fieldwork spans Kenya and Tanzania, focusing on education access, gender equity, and economic inclusion.

FELIX MUNYIKA

Communications & Media Lead

Felix Munyika brings a formidable blend of international media expertise and digital strategy to the Hub, with a proven track record of managing communications on the global stage, including serving as the Press Attaché for Team Zambia at the Paris 2024 - Comité d'organisation des Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques de 2024 and as Games Administrator at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, among other international assignments. Felix knows exactly how to craft and elevate narratives that resonate worldwide.

With additional experience as a New Media and Digital Strategy Consultant for high-level executives, he is currently based in New York. He uses his deep understanding of data, digital ecosystems, and strategic storytelling to amplify underrepresented voices.

At ADYH, our golden rule is that global policy shouldn't feel like a different language. Felix is the architect behind our digital pipeline, ensuring that everything from United Nations frameworks to bilateral agreements are translated into accessible, actionable pathways for our community.

Leading a cross-functional team of digital strategists and writers, he is dedicated to building digital spaces that connect young African diaspora leaders to the tables where decisions are made.

FARAI CHIKAMHI

Digital Media & Community Managers

Farai Chikamhi is a Digital Marketing Master's student with a unique background in accounting. With over five years of professional and academic experience, she specializes in the intersection of data analytics and strategic marketing. By combining financial expertise with digital innovation, she knows exactly how to drive informed, high-impact marketing decisions.

At the Hub, she will be applying creative, data-driven strategies to empower and engage our communities, while continuing to advance her expertise in digital strategy and performance marketing.

We are incredibly excited to see how her analytical eye and creative strategies will elevate the voices of the diaspora alongside the rest of our digital team.

Perseviarance Mbambo is a visionary digital strategist with a deep passion for amplifying youth narratives across global platforms. She brings a truly unique perspective to the Hub, armed with a background that spans digital marketing, community engagement, and development studies.

She knows exactly how to blend creativity with purpose. At ADYH, she will be using her expertise to drive meaningful online connections, ensuring that the stories and voices of the diaspora are not just heard, but elevated on a global scale.

Marie Medjine is a Multi-disciplinary Artist and Cultural Experience Designer with a deep background in driving community change. As a creative problem solver and an expert relationship builder, she knows exactly how to connect people, culture, and ideas to create meaningful impact.

Stepping into the role of PR, Partnerships & Advocacy Liaison, she is excited to build strong diasporic youth connections across the U.S., especially in her home base of New York. Her creative vision and networking expertise will be vital in helping ADYH amplify youth voices so they can actively shape their own futures.

Editorial & Policy Communications Lead

Adeife Adeyeye is a brilliant writer and content creator whose work focuses on making complex ideas clear and deeply relatable, especially for young people. Her writing spans beautifully across self-help, youth empowerment, personal growth, and accessible policy communication.

At the Hub, our golden rule is that "policy shouldn't be a different language." Stepping into the role of Editorial & Policy Communications Lead, Adeife will be driving that exact mission forward. She will be the pen behind our campaigns, translating high-level global policies into clear, actionable, and empowering content so our diaspora can engage and lead.

HADIA BARAKAT

Website & Community Manager

Hadia Barakat is currently a Senior studying Molecular & Cellular Biology with a deep interest in science and technology policy across Africa. She is a dedicated advocate for the diaspora, already doing incredible work with Rediscover Africa Organization to bridge the gap between the continent and the global community, including supporting major initiatives such as the USA African Diaspora Business Summit.

Stepping into the role of Website & Community Manager, Hadia combines her technical background with her passion for advancing youth opportunities in STEM and industrial development. She will be instrumental in managing our digital home and cultivating a space where young innovators can connect, access critical resources, and drive real impact.
